Position Overview Job Title: E-Commerce Auction Lister Department: E-Commerce FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt Reports to: E-Commerce Manager Pay Rate: $21.49/hour Essential Functions and Responsibilities Survey donations to identify specialty and collectible items to list on e-commerce marketplaces (eBay and others). Receive and sort items from Evergreen Goodwill locations. Research, photograph and list auctions on eBay and other marketplaces with pictures and descriptions to bring maximum value. Provide customer service and communication with internal and external customers in a timely manner. Maintain an eBay rating of at least 98%. Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction. Meet the required daily productivity quotas. Data entry and tracking of items sold and shipped. Maintain a daily tracking of listed items. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements (Qualifications) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and Experience High school graduate or equivalency preferred, but not required. Knowledge of e-commerce book processes is preferred. Experience listing items on eBay preferred; familiarity with digital photography preferred. Computer/Technology Skills Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Internet research skills. Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the job. Physical Abilities While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to lift and carry up to 30‑40 pounds; have developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers; standing for long periods, frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing; climbing ladders; able to travel across a variety of surfaces such as stairs, ramps, uneven terrain). Ability to communicate with others effectively both verbally and written, including those who have limited English skills. Maintain reliable attendance. Essential Mental/Sensory Abilities Organizing, sorting, categorizing, counting, adding, subtracting. Problem solving. Communicating with the public. Verbal and written communication skills. Time management and prioritization skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Work Environment Office and warehouse environment, moderate noise level, exposure to dust. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. This role may require travel to other locations.
