Senior Estimator

Structural Concrete & Steel | Industrial Projects

Location: Memphis, TN

Overview

This role supports a fast-moving construction team delivering large industrial concrete and steel structures. The Senior Estimator will play a key role in pricing work accurately and competitively while supporting rapid growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead estimates for structural concrete, steel, and industrial projects
  • Perform detailed takeoffs and cost analysis
  • Work closely with operations and project management teams
  • Evaluate subcontractor bids and vendor pricing
  • Support preconstruction planning and budgeting
Requirements
  • 8+ years of estimating experience in structural concrete and/or steel
  • Strong background in large industrial or heavy concrete projects
  • Ability to price complex scopes under tight timelines
  • Proficiency with estimating software and spreadsheets
