Role Overview:
We are seeking Certified Surgical Technologists to join our team. In this position, you will work in direct collaboration with the Registered Nurse and physician to meet unit and patient needs by performing technical activities. The Surgical Technologist functions as an integral member of the health care team by contributing to the efficient operation of the unit.
Key Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program and national certification (NBSTSA).
- BLS certification required by the time of hire.
- Superb communication skills and a high standard of integrity.
- A passion for healthcare and the ability to assist on multiple sophisticated OR and services.
- Committed and eager to embrace new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged, using both formal and informal development.
- Approachable and comfortable with diverse groups of people and able to make others comfortable with you.
- Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
