Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base pay rate of $62.50 to $90.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of sourcing strategies across categories such as tools, chemicals, services, and capital equipment.
  • Engage with stakeholders across operations and finance to align sourcing plans with business goals.
  • Drive supplier assessments, lead negotiations, and apply total cost-of-ownership frameworks.
  • Establish vendor performance metrics and monitor quality, safety, and ESG compliance.
  • Lead sourcing support for infrastructure projects, including long-lead and international purchases.
Requirements:
  • A degree Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • 8+ years of strategic procurement experience, with 4+ years in upstream oil and gas.
  • Show proficiency with Enverus software and ERP systems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
  • Communicate effectively with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Work independently and take initiative in managing procurement tasks.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and dynamic project requirements.
  • Ensure sourcing decisions comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Champion digital tools for sourcing workflows, contract lifecycle, and invoice automation.
