We are seeking dynamic Field Sales Specialists who will take charge of selling Gorilla Energy products to independent retail outlets. If you are an entrepreneurial-minded individual who thrives on growth and innovation, we want to hear from you This role is remote, but candidates must reside within 25 miles of the San Jose, CA market area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with store owners and decision-makers to establish and maintain distribution of Gorilla Energy in your designated territory.
  • Reset store shelves to incorporate samples of Gorilla Energy products effectively.
  • Install Point of Sale (POS) materials, including shelf tags, promotional displays, and brand awareness items.
  • Provide education to store owners on ordering procedures from Gorilla Energy's DSD partners.
  • Inform store decision-makers about the Gorilla Energy brand and its benefits.
  • Participate in team meetings as directed by your manager, primarily via team calls.
  • Utilize the Gorilla Customer Management App to route, schedule, and plan your weekly activities.
  • Monitor progress using the Gorilla app to identify and follow up on any DSD ordering gaps.
  • Share best practices and competitor insights proactively with team members.
  • Offer constructive feedback for continuous improvement in our operations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a focus on sales and merchandising at the store level.
  • Prior experience with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distribution networks is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must own a smartphone for daily routing and app usage; company-provided tablets may also be issued for CRM reporting.
  • Access to a personal vehicle capable of transporting up to 20 sample cases (12-count case of 16oz cans).
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.

The estimated pay range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000, along with an incentive plan based on new store distribution secured by each Field Sales Specialist. This pay range represents a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting and may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.

Along with a competitive salary and incentive plan, Gorilla Energy also offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including healthcare coverage, mileage reimbursement at $.67/mile, cell phone reimbursement, and 401k options.
