Title of Position: Area Director

Job Description:

The Area Director will be responsible for all aspects of operations across their assigned restaurants, ensuring consistent execution of company standards. This role requires a balance of financial acumen, leadership, and hands-on oversight. The Area Director will partner with General Managers and Chefs to drive sales, control costs, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. They will also serve as the key liaison between the restaurants and the corporate office, ensuring effective communication and alignment on company initiatives. A successful Area Director will lead by example, mentor their teams, and ensure each location achieves both short- and long-term objectives.

Qualifications:
  • The Area Director must have 3-4 years of proven high-volume, multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Must be highly skilled in analyzing P&L statements and driving financial performance
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop management teams
  • Must demonstrate the ability to resolve complex conflicts and provide effective coaching
  • Must be guest-focused with a passion for creating exceptional hospitality experiences
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time and be visible for special events, regional meetings, and new restaurant openings
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, be eligible to work in the United States, and pass a background check
