Join Our Team as a Director of Restaurant Operations

As a Director of Restaurant Operations, you will lead a specific area of our restaurant, focusing on enhancing our operations and elevating team performance. Positions include Front of House Director, Back of House Director, Food Safety Director, Training Director, and more. This role calls for strong leadership skills, the ability to drive results, and resilience in overcoming challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive workplace relationships, guiding and supporting all employees with respect.
  • Provide feedback on employee performance and report policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate resolution.
  • Consistently adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
  • Lead teams to achieve positive business outcomes.
  • Ensure team members accurately prepare all orders by following recipes and reading tickets.
  • Guarantee precision in weights and measurements for all recipes.
  • Maintain the restaurant's established pace of service by ensuring team members work efficiently.
  • Keep workstations consistently clean and organized.
  • Enforce cash handling procedures among cashiers and maintain appropriate security protocols.
  • Oversee cleanliness throughout the dining room, restrooms, parking lot, and overall facility.
  • Participate in any of the tasks above as needed throughout your shift.
  • Address guest concerns effectively, consulting with management on complex issues.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week
  • Ability to be coached and accept feedback
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Proven success in building relationships and achieving results
  • Open availability preferred, especially on Saturdays
