Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Accounts Payable team as needed. This could include but not be limited to invoice processing, invoice hold resolution, documenting desk procedures, implementing process changes, support the expense reporting process, etc. The successful execution of these tasks is crucial to meeting our financial obligations and maintaining our company's standing with vendors, business partners, and shareholders, as well as with our own employees

Qualifications

Experience/Qualifications/Education Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of Accounts Payable invoice processing & related work experience.
  • Invoice processing & PO matching.
  • Timely & accurately processing of invoices.
  • Intermediate understanding of Accounts Payable and other related best practices.
  • Commitment to meeting important deadlines including month end close
  • Flexible, deadline driven, strong analytical & organizational skills, detail-oriented and willingness to take on new assignments and special projects
Additional Requirements
  • Puerto Rico Invoice processing & related withholding activities.
  • Large ERP exposure


The expected starting pay range for this role is $25.00 - $40.00 Hourly USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern's compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, family care benefits, employee assistance program, paid time off and bonding leave, paid holidays, 401(k)/RRSP retirement savings plan with employer contribution, and employee referral bonuses.
