About Our Client

Our client is a full-service general contractor with deep Wisconsin roots and a diverse project portfolio spanning commercial, institutional, multifamily, healthcare, and industrial construction. You'll join a tight-knit team where mentorship is prioritized, leadership is accessible, and your contributions directly impact the success of each build.

Job Description
  • Assist in managing the full project lifecycle - estimating, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout.
  • Coordinate directly with field staff, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Track budgets and schedules, ensuring projects stay on time and on target.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders.
  • Support procurement, subcontractor management, and quality control efforts.
  • Champion jobsite safety and uphold company standards.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in commercial construction (internship or APM level).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project preferred.
  • A proactive mindset - eager to learn, problem-solve, and grow into a Project Manager.
