Our client, a leading organization in procurement and sourcing, is seeking a SAP Ariba Contract Compliance Lead - VMO to join their team. As a SAP Ariba Contract Compliance Lead - VMO, you will be part of the Procurement / Sourcing Enablement department supporting sourcing and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: SAP Ariba Contract Compliance Lead - VMO

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days/week in-office at 1525 W W T Harris Blvd)

What's the Job?

  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of a Contract Compliance process leveraging SAP Ariba.
  • Ensure purchase orders are systematically linked to contracts to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Configure and optimize SAP Ariba modules to support procurement operations and contract compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, integrated solutions that reduce manual effort.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor compliance, efficiency, and supplier performance, providing actionable insights.
What's Needed?
  • Proven experience leading SAP Ariba contract compliance processes and implementations.
  • Deep understanding of SAP Ariba Contracts, Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing modules.
  • Experience designing and supporting Supplier Master data structures.
  • Strong background in sourcing and contracting processes within complex organizational environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
