An opportunity for a contract instructor within our central Colorado Operations area. This position will be located at the Littleton, Colorado facility and will be responsible for training Electrical/Electronic and Structural technicians at Waterton Canyon & Highlands Ranch locations. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of industry specifications for these processes as well as experience training adult learners. Come join us and be on the cutting edge of technology
Basic Qualifications:
Current or previous IPC Certification
Connector Mate & Demate operations experience
Hardware Torquing experience
Adhesive Bonding experience
Minimum four-years manufacturing experience
Minimum one-year On-the-job Training (OJT) experience
Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
Ability to maintain strong work relationships with students, colleagues, and management
Experience with Engineering documentation and drawings
Desired skills:
Current IPC CIT or NASA Instructor qualification

Demonstrated manufacturing process discipline
