A growing property services company is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage and expand its client base across residential, commercial, and building sectors. This role is focused on field sales and relationship-building, with an emphasis on securing new business while maintaining a small book of existing accounts.

Based in North Jersey, this opportunity is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by growth, client engagement, and results. The company offers a solid base salary with strong commission potential.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and nurturing existing client relationships
  • Actively prospecting and developing new business opportunities
  • Conducting in-person meetings and site visits with potential clients
  • Creating customized proposals and closing new service contracts
  • Representing the company professionally in the field and at industry events
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Proven success in field-based sales or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the property services or related industries preferred
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of closing deals
  • Ability to travel within the North Jersey area
