Neuro Tele RN – Nights (3x12, 19:00–07:00) Experience: 1+ year Neuro Stepdown/PCU/IMC required – No first-time travelers Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (required) Shift: Nights, 7p–7a | Every other weekend required Patient Types: Stroke, neurosurgery, trauma, general med/surg, IMC/stepdown Procedures: Lumbar drains, NIHSS assessments, stroke education Unit Details: Busy neuro/stroke/trauma stepdown; telemetry monitoring Ratios: Typically 1:4 (may increase based on staffing) Scrubs: Navy blue
