Responsibilities

Under general supervision, this position performs various duties and tasks in the material handling department related to the storage and distribution of inventoried material.

• Prepares shipping containers for order packaging

• Verifies orders for accuracy and completeness

• Processes packages on automated shipping system

• Processes end of day courier shipment manifests

• Operates stock levels for inventory items

• Ability to lift frequently between 10 and 30 pounds

• Basic inventory & material control procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years work related experience.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $18.36 – $23.00. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
