Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $21.00/hour, with an increase to $24.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Saturdays off; overtime available)
Job Description
We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced team in Cranbury, NJ. BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH is a must. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a high-volume, physically demanding environment. You'll be operating a sit-down forklift to assist with the movement of materials and products throughout the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and move inventory
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Perform inventory counts and verify shipping documents
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Lift, move, and stack materials weighing 40-70 lbs regularly
- Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ year of forklift operation experience (sit-down preferred)
- Ability to lift 40-70 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to work Sunday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
- Competitive starting pay: $21.00/hour, increasing to $24.00/hour after probationary period.
