Human Resources Generalist

We are currently on a hunt for a HR Generalist to join our clients' great team in North East, PA.
Are you ready to direct our clients' next generation HR activity ?
If yes, then below are some of your major responsibilities.
* Monitor plant culture & plan key actions to improve employee engagement.
* Track, monitor and administer medical leaves in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Assist in the administration of benefits.
* Lead the recruitment process for hourly and salaried positions including selection and onboarding.
We would love to hear from you if :
* You have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources with emphasis on Labor Relations and Safety.
* You have atleast 2 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing setting.
* You have a track record of successful talent management strategies including recruiting and on-boarding.
* You have a demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of laws and regulations to employment issues.
