Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to kickstart their careers in communications and make a meaningful impact within our organization. As a crucial member of our communications team, you will play a vital role in facilitating effective communication among various departments, ensuring that our messaging aligns with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing communication strategies under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications materials.
- Conduct research to support communication initiatives and campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and presentations as needed.
- Help maintain and update the company website and social media platforms with relevant content.
- Monitor media coverage and gather insights for reporting to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
