We are partnering with our client in search of their next Executive Assistant. You will provide essential administrative support and office management to senior department management, including the EVP Operations, EVP Export Sales, and SVP Industrial Sales. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $85,000 to $95,000 per year. This position is hybrid with 3 days onsite.

Job Description:

  • Compose, edit, and assist with internal and external correspondence, including intra-office memoranda, general information, and notices.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including hotel accommodations, car rentals, and other logistics.
  • Manage office supplies, mail room operations, and office equipment maintenance. Maintain inter-office and intra-office contacts directory.
  • Organize conferences, group meetings, training sessions, and other events.
  • Create and monitor department calendars.
  • Submit monthly vacation/sick reports to HR.
  • Conceptualize and create PowerPoint slide presentations for Board Meetings and client interactions.
  • Generate formatted monthly management reports, including analysis, charts, and graphs, based on raw data from AS400.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and pay attention to detail.
  • Proactive, with excellent judgment and discretion. Able to multitask, prioritize, and work within deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams)
Experience:
  • Associates degree in business administration or related field.
  • 10 years progressively responsible administrative/office managerial experience.
