Join Best Buy Ads as a Programmatic Account Executive, where you will play a crucial role in our agency partnership initiatives by leveraging our first-party data to drive impactful digital campaigns. In this dynamic, client-facing position, you will act as a strategic advisor to media agencies and advertisers, guiding them through the programmatic landscape and helping optimize campaign performance to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with programmatic trading teams and internal client teams to align our platform capabilities with client objectives.
  • Taking ownership of accounts for programmatic-only advertisers.
  • Achieving programmatic revenue targets consistently.
  • Collaborating with the agency partnership team to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Creating Deal IDs and pushing audience segmentation to advertisers' seats.
  • Leading onboarding and training sessions, developing support plans, and sharing valuable industry insights to encourage platform adoption.
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimization strategies in conjunction with our Demand-Side Platform (DSP) partners.
  • Providing weekly performance reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Working closely with product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and facilitate beta feature rollouts.
  • Contributing to process enhancements that improve the client experience.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising sales or digital media consulting.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with clients and agency account teams in a strategic or technical role.
  • Robust understanding of DSPs, ad technology, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Ability to analyze and articulate data-driven insights effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail media or e-commerce advertising with familiarity in omni-channel marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with analytics platforms, Data Management Platforms (DMPs), or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
