Senior Mortgage Processor

We are actively seeking a top-performing Senior Mortgage Processor who is currently working in this exact role within a mortgage brokerage, and doing it exceptionally well. This is not a training position. We’re looking for someone who already knows the ins and outs of processing loans in a broker environment and has a proven track record of closing a high volume of loans efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is experienced with wholesale lenders such as UWM, Village Capital, and Carrington, and is familiar with Change Wholesale and A&D Mortgage. You will be responsible for reviewing and uploading documents, clearing title, pushing back on conditions, and getting loans to the closing table, all without ever speaking to the borrower. Responsibilities: Senior Mortgage Processor – Mortgage Brokerage We’re seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Processor to join our growing mortgage brokerage. If you're an expert at getting loans across the finish line, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be rewarded for your performance, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: • Must have prior experience processing loans for mortgage brokerages (not just retail or correspondent). • Must have experience closing loans with : • UWM • Village Capital • Carrington Mortgage Services • Familiarity with wholesale lenders, Change Wholesale, and A &D Mortgage is required. • Review loan documents uploaded by Loan Officers for accuracy and completeness. • Upload complete and compliant packages into lender portals. • Push back on underwriter conditions and proactively work to satisfy them. • Coordinate with title companies to receive, review, and clear title work. • Ensure all documents and conditions are in place to get loans cleared to close. • No borrower interaction required – this is a back-office, operations-focused role.
