Global Security Operations Center Operator

Pay Range: $31.63hr - $36.63hr
- The GSOC Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for employees, contingent workers, and visitors on all security-related matters.
- This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and responding to global threats, incidents, and emergencies, ensuring the safety and security of company personnel and assets.
- The analyst will also manage communication and coordination with security personnel, emergency responders, and stakeholders worldwide.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employees, contingent workers, and visitors for all security-related topics.
- Review, analyze, and escalate open-source and subscription-based intelligence to help mitigate global threats.
- Respond to life safety incidents such as medical emergencies, safety issues, and natural disasters by coordinating with appropriate personnel.
- Receive, evaluate, and disseminate information and reports from various internal and external sources.
- Complete risk and intelligence-driven reports for Global Security & Resiliency and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and communicate professionally using multiple channels, including email, chat, phone, radio, and in-person contact.
- Respond to global calls for assistance and provide appropriate guidance and support.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Global Security platforms and applications in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Monitor access control and CCTV systems, responding appropriately to alarms and incidents.
- Draft and send emergency mass notifications and other crisis communications.
- Maintain compliance with all quality requirements by building quality into all aspects of work.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in a GSOC or control room environment.
- Familiarity with GSOC Critical Event Management Software, Mass Notification Systems, Travel Tracker, Social Media Monitoring, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of physical security systems, including access control, alarm monitoring, CCTV, and incident management software.
