Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for talent-related administrative tasks, performance appraisals, and talent development initiatives. The role involves collaborating with HR teams, maintaining employee records, and facilitating talent programs to enhance engagement and retention.
ResponsibilitiesJob Duty 1 -
Manage talent-related administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and Human Resource Information Systems data.
Job Duty 9 -
Collaborate with Human Resource teams to ensure compliance with talent management policies and procedures.
Job Duty 10 -
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Duty 2 -
Support performance appraisal processes, talent development initiatives, and career path planning.
Job Duty 3 -
Coordinate talent acquisition activities, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
Job Duty 4 -
Assist in the implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Job Duty 5 -
Facilitate talent programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities to promote talent retention.
Job Duty 6 -
Provide support to employees on performance management, career advancement, and goal setting.
Job Duty 7 -
Administer talent assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to gather employee insights.
Job Duty 8 -
Assist in compiling talent metrics, data analysis, and reporting to support talent management decision-making.
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational School Diploma. Vocational training or a degree may be preferred or required.
Required Experience
No prior relevant work experience required.
Preferred Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
ABILITIES
Ability to use office-related computer applications. Strong customer service orientation.
SKILLS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; problem-solving and multi-tasking.
