The Opportunity Our client is seeking a hands-on and results-driven Accounting Manager to manage all financial reporting and accounting functions. This pivotal role is focused on ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, implementing robust internal controls, and providing strategic financial analysis to executive leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounting lifecycle, from month-end close to audit preparation and tax compliance.

You will be instrumental in driving financial transparency, optimizing accounting processes, and contributing directly to the company's financial health. What You Will Do
  • Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Drive the entire accounting cycle, from general ledger management to audit preparation and tax filings.
  • Identify and implement new accounting software and financial systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Act as a key internal representative, engaging with external auditors and partners to strengthen financial partnerships.
