Position: Account Executive

Lotus San Diego Corp. We're looking for only a few talented and driven Account Executives with an equally strong focus on Radio and Digital Sales to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the success of our newest station with a company that seeks Account Executives who are motivated by helping our clients succeed and building long-term client relationships.

This position is based in San Diego, is fully remote but with regular communication with our helpful management team.

Radio and Digital Account Executive Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary goal is to develop a strong monthly list of active advertisers

Establish and maintain new station advertisers through prospecting and great client

service

which includes setting up meetings, developing new accounts, writing proposals, coordinating commercial copywriting and production and ongoing billing collection.

Ensure sales orders are submitted and processed according to company policies and

procedures.

Requires visits to client offices and premises.

May require client outings to sports and other entertainment events.

Provide weekly activity/call reports and other sales reports as required.

Develop digital and/or radio packages and solutions in collaboration with leadership.

Perform proposed campaign presentations and ask for the business.

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

A genuine desire to help advertisers earn a strong ROI on their investment with Lotus

San Diego.

Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work effectively with diverse operations, accounting, and finance teams, foster positive and cooperative relationships within and outside the organization.

Operates at the highest level of professionalism and personal integrity.

Possess exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner.

Responsive team player with ability to quickly prioritize and able to handle multiple tasks

and maintain control and order.

Motivated, self-starter, strong work ethic.

Task and goal oriented and capable of functioning in a corporate setting.

Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred but not required.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Fully remote, office environment, some repetitive motion required. Valid drivers' license is required with good driving record. Must have a reliable means of transportation and maintain current insurance and registration.
Compensation:

Average annual salary $20k to $30K (based on experience) plus high upside commission structure
