About the Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer with a focus on Release Management and DevOps processes using Copado.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions while ensuring smooth release management, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines.
  • This role requires in-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, DevOps best practices, and hands-on experience with Copado for automating release management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer/Engineer.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado for release management and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce).
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata and deployment strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams.
