During your time with us you will be part of the Machines Customer Service team in the Sales organization at Genie. You will provide general customer case support for inquiries and order entry in Salesforce and Outlook, including creating product quotes for customers. You will also coordinate customer case assignments in Outlook and provide recommendations for process improvement. You will revise standard work documentation. What you'll bring includes currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in business, industrial engineering, supply chain, quality/continuous improvement, sales, or similar field. You should be able to work full-time 40 hours per week for 3 months in-person in Bothell, WA (in-person Tues-Thurs). Enthusiasm to interact with internal team members, customers and associated customer-facing processes is required. Ability to deal with ambiguity, strong experience with Office 365 tools e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Planner, good presentation skills and analytical thinking, ability to communicate tactfully and respond positively, good organizational and time management skills are also needed. The compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay and, if desired, medical insurance.
