We are hiring drivers across various positions, and while a CDL license is a plus, we offer PAID CDL training to help you get started
What We Offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Morning and afternoon split-shifts to accommodate your lifestyle
- Guaranteed Hours: Work 25-30 hours per week
- PAID CDL Permit Training to help you achieve licensure
- $5000 Sign-on Bonus for fully licensed NY CDL drivers with A, B, or C licenses and P & S endorsements
- Starting Pay Rate for Van Drivers: $24.37 (Must hold a valid CDL A, B, or C with P and S endorsement)

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive a school bus or van, ensuring safe and timely transportation for students
- Monitor traffic and student behavior to maintain a safe environment
- Adhere to all traffic laws and district regulations
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the vehicle when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Minimum age of 21 years and at least one year of driving experience
- Valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements for buses, or Class C with P & S endorsements for vans (or willingness to obtain through our training)
- Non-CDL drivers must have a valid driver's license and complete our CDL permit training
