Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference? As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will enhance our organizational effectiveness by providing essential administrative support. Here’s what you will do:
- Organize Projects: Collect and maintain important documents, information, and records to keep our projects on track.
- Information Management: Produce and manage information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Schedule Coordination: Maintain and update department schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Interaction: Serve our customers by greeting them warmly, answering inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive reports by gathering and compiling information.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor office supply inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment remains operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
- Data Security: Secure information through regular database backups to protect valuable data.
- Documentation Management: Provide historical reference through effective filing and retrieval systems.
- Team Contribution: Collaborate with your team by performing additional tasks as needed to support our goals.
