Job Description

Job Title: Loan Originator

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness
  • Review loan terms and conditions with clients
  • Ensure compliance with lending regulations and guidelines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, and clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Loan Officer or similar role
  • Knowledge of lending practices and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
