As a Loan Originator, you'll take the lead in helping clients secure the financing they need while ensuring a seamless, transparent, and satisfying loan process from start to finish. Here's What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales & Build Relationships - Spend over 50% of your time out in the field, connecting with clients and industry pros.
- Close Deals Efficiently - Work closely with borrowers, branch teams, and corporate to ensure smooth loan submissions.
- Stay Licensed & Informed - Maintain NMLS licensing and keep up with the latest rates, products, policies, and compliance rules.
- Be the Go-To Expert - Master FHA, Conventional, and VA loan processes while leveraging cutting-edge tools.
- Network & Grow - Build strong relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners.
- Communicate Like a Pro - Keep all parties informed, ensuring transparency and a seamless loan experience.

Physical Requirements:
