Junior Account Executive

We are seeking to bring on a Junior Account Executive to join our team and help ensure our customers and businesses have exceptional experiences. With years of experience in implementing successful customer success and sales strategies, we are ready to hire, train, and develop a sales professional with the drive to excel in sales and become part of our Junior Account Executive team.
As a Junior Account Executive, you will be working with local businesses and customers to expand our energy resources. Your daily responsibilities will include business engagement, educating businesses on sustainability, and promoting energy services to increase brand awareness in the market. This Junior Account Executive role is ideal for a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while wanting to improve the environment around them.
Responsibilities Of A Junior Account Executive:- Engage in daily customer service and sales interactions with businesses and explain to them the benefits of sustainable business energy during B2B sales consultations
- Meet and exceed assigned sales metrics with energy products and services available
- Build brand awareness by effectively promoting various energy services
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable energy-efficient products
- Learn how to process energy service sales orders to become efficient
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with business owners and customers
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer needs are met in a timely manner
- Adaptability to excel in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment
- Prior knowledge in sustainable energy, clean environment, or other similar fields is a plus
- Leadership experience within a team in any prior setting is also a bonus to have
- Experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Reliable transportation to the office
- Time management and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing personality with a proven ability to work in a team setting & independently
- Interest in sustainability and clean energy is also a plus
