We're currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Baristas who are energetic, friendly, and love making someone's day with a great cup of coffee and a great attitude.

Job Summary:

As a MOKA Barista, you'll be at the heart of the action-crafting delicious beverages, engaging with customers, and keeping our shops running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy building relationships, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve high-quality espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages
  • Customize drinks to meet customer preferences while ensuring quality and consistency
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, friendly experience for every guest
  • Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently, including espresso machines and grinders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
  • Accurately handle cash and POS transactions
  • Team Rockstar - Collaborate, communicate, and support your teammates. Together, you'll keep the coffee flowing and the good vibes going
Qualifications:
  • Positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous food or beverage experience is a plus, but not required-we'll train you
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours/week (including weekends), with the potential for up to 35+ hours/week
