As a Senior Shift Supervisor, you will be instrumental in enhancing sales by actively engaging customers and showcasing brands through live events and product sampling. You will also play a key role in supporting leadership with responsibilities such as:

  • Conducting reporting and analysis
  • Providing training and mentorship
  • Managing scheduling and event setups
  • Helping with interviews and onboarding of new team members

What we're looking for:

  • Friendly and enthusiastic interaction with customers and management
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Availability of 4+ days a week, including Sundays and Mondays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours
  • Comfort in preparing, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness of the work area and equipment
  • Reliable transportation to and from the work location
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on action and results
  • Ability to work independently yet thrive as part of a team
  • A safety-first approach in a retail environment
