Senior Shift Supervisor for Retail Warehouse

In this role, you will play a vital role in driving sales and engaging customers, bringing brands to life through live events and product sampling. Your responsibilities will include aiding leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, setup and breakdown of demonstrations, and supporting the interview and onboarding process for new team members.

About You:
- You thrive in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing atmosphere when interacting with customers and management
- You are at least 18 years old
- You can work 4+ days a week, including Sunday and Monday
- You can regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours
- You are comfortable preparing, cooking, and maintaining a clean work area
- You have reliable transportation to and from work
- You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- You are a motivated self-starter with a strong drive for action and results
- You can work independently and also excel in team-building environments
- You prioritize safety while performing your job duties in a retail setting
