This individual is the overall delivery leader for the ML Ops Resource Shore Up engagement. They drive planning, execution, cross-team coordination, and oversight across all workstreams (Data Operations, Model Monitoring, DI 2026 Initiatives). They ensure delivery continuity and alignment with EWS leadership, governance, and compliance frameworks.

What This Person Will Do

  • Lead and coordinate both workstreams (Planning & Discovery and Implementation).
  • Run weekly project review meetings and provide weekly status updates.
  • Translate business needs into structured requirements, roadmaps, and work plans.
  • Oversee development of frameworks/deliverables:
  • Data Observability
  • Model Monitoring
  • Ground Truth Automation
  • DI Product 2026 Monitoring & Validation
  • Identify risks, escalate blockers, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Facilitate alignment between ML Ops engineers, data engineering, platform support, DI Product, Risk, and CDO.
  • Ensure adherence to EWS model lifecycle and compliance processes.
  • Manage communication, expectation setting, and stakeholder engagement.
Target Background
  • 8-12+ years of technical program management in data, ML Ops, analytics, or cloud environments.
  • Experience running multi-workstream, highly technical programs.
  • Strong understanding of ML lifecycle, monitoring, data quality, and model governance.
