HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

As a Certified Fitness Coach at VASA, you will be a vital part of each client's fitness journey. Your role will involve designing and adapting training programs, providing fitness coaching, and motivating clients with enthusiasm and care. Whether you are leading one-on-one sessions, semi-private training, or small group workouts, you'll empower members to build confidence, strength, and consistency through effective strength and conditioning programs. By fostering meaningful connections and delivering safe, fun, and results-driven workouts, you will not only help transform bodies but also positively impact lives.

  • COMPENSATION: Pay is evaluated quarterly with opportunities for increases as you earn certifications, expand your hours, and grow your client base
    • Base Pay: $12.00/hour + session compensation (averaging $18.00/hour).
    • Session Pay: $27-$76 per hour based on group size, certifications, and experience.

WHAT WE SEEK:

We are looking for passionate trainers who thrive on helping others succeed and who bring positivity, energy, and professionalism to every session.

  • NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification required.
  • CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring, optimistic demeanor.
  • Strong passion for health, wellness, exercise science, strength and conditioning, and fitness training.
  • Prior fitness sales experience preferred.
  • Personal training, group fitness, or coaching experience preferred, but not required—we welcome all levels

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

  • Build relationships that lead to new client acquisitions and long-term retention.
  • Deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Guide members through fitness assessments and wellness check-ins that motivate ongoing training.
  • Create a welcoming, energetic, and inclusive atmosphere in and around the training floor and gym.
  • Exhibit professionalism through presentable appearance, punctuality, and consistent adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Actively contribute to a supportive fitness community where clients feel connected, encouraged, and motivated.
