As a Personal Trainer with us, you won’t just be coaching; you will be a beacon of guidance on each client’s fitness journey. You will have the opportunity to design and tailor training programs that motivate and inspire clients. Whether you're leading one-on-one sessions, small group workouts, or semi-private training, your focus will be on helping members cultivate confidence, strength, and consistent progress through engaging and effective strength and conditioning programs.   • COMPENSATION: Pay is reviewed quarterly, with opportunities for increases as you attain more certifications, hours, and clients
    • Base: $12.00/hour + session pay (average $18.00/hour).
    • Session Pay: $27-$76 per hour based on group size, certifications, and experience.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We seek enthusiastic trainers who are driven by the success of others and bring positivity, energy, and professionalism to every interaction.

  • NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification is required.
  • CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
  • Exceptional communication skills with a compassionate, optimistic outlook.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, exercise science, strength and conditioning, and fitness training.
  • Fitness sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience in personal training, group fitness, or coaching is preferred, but we welcome all levels of experience

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

  • Building relationships that lead to client acquisition and retention.
  • Delivering safe, effective, and engaging personal training that caters to each client's individual needs.
  • Guiding members through fitness assessments and wellness check-ins that encourage ongoing training.
  • Creating an inviting, energetic, and inclusive atmosphere in and around the training areas and gym.
  • Exhibiting professionalism through consistent appearance, punctuality, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Actively contributing to a supportive fitness community where clients feel valued, encouraged, and motivated.
