Position Summary: Join our team as a Pharmacy Operations Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and managing successful pharmacy operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care by accurately processing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and implementing Walmart's pharmacy programs in compliance with regulations.
  • Drive sales and profits in Pharmacy and OTC areas through effective merchandise presentation, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Guide Associates on superior customer service practices to ensure customer needs are met and complaints are resolved.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives and encourage team involvement.
  • Maintain compliance with Company standards, legal regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Supervise and mentor Associates, providing training and performance feedback.
  • Ensure confidentiality of pharmacy information and documents in line with policies and regulations.
  • Monitor inventory flow and execution, addressing any issues related to merchandise orders.
  • Exhibit strong financial management skills by analyzing budgets and ensuring financial performance aligns with strategic goals.
  • Create a culture centered on patient safety and quality care, holding the team accountable for compliance with standards.
  • Implement compliance training for Associates, ensuring adherence to billing procedures and policies.
  • Build an inclusive workplace culture where diversity is embraced, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
  • Commit to ethical standards and model Walmart's values in all interactions.
  • Focus on customer-first strategies and adapt to their shopping patterns to deliver exceptional service.

Salary: The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00 - $197,000.00, with additional compensation available based on performance and specific challenges of the role.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
  • Active pharmacy license by job entry date.
  • Completion of an accredited immunization training program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in U.S. pharmacy operations.
