Position Summary: As a Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care, managing pharmacy operations, and driving sales in the Pharmacy and OTC areas. Your leadership will help create a customer-focused environment while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care by accurately processing and dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and leading pharmacy programs.
  • Drive sales in the pharmacy sector through effective merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, and strategic budget management.
  • Model and enforce excellent customer service approaches, ensuring customer needs are met and complaints are addressed efficiently.
  • Oversee community outreach initiatives, promoting a positive image of the pharmacy and encouraging team participation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards by analyzing reports and implementing action plans related to safety, loss prevention, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and mentor associates, providing training and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and manage inventory flow to maintain optimal stock levels and fulfill customer needs.
  • Demonstrate sound financial management by interpreting and analyzing financial data, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
  • Create a culture of patient care safety and accuracy, setting clear expectations regarding quality standards and protocols.
  • Implement compliance initiatives and monitor adherence to healthcare regulations, ensuring operational processes align with company policies.
  • Embrace diversity and promote a culture of belonging in the workplace, encouraging collaboration and strong relationships.
  • Deliver results with a customer-first approach, adapting strategies based on data insights and market trends.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD; equivalent FPGEC (NABP) accepted.
  • Valid pharmacy license by job entry date.
  • Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant U.S. pharmacy experience.
