Job Description

The Event Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and on-site management of events across a wide range of clients. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering elevated client experiences. You will assist with event timelines, vendor coordination, logistical oversight, and day-of operations to ensure every detail aligns with Beloform Craft's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of event concepts, schedules, and production plans
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure deliverables meet specifications
  • Prepare event materials, documentation, and presentations
  • Manage event logistics including setup, breakdown, and operational details
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the planning process
  • Oversee day-of event execution, ensuring smooth flow and immediate problem solving
  • Support budget tracking, inventory management, and administrative reporting
