We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to manage the complete lifecycle of our products, ensuring efficient transportation and storage from raw materials to the final customer. What You Will Bring (Requirements):
- Education: High school diploma/GED required.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in logistics within an export company (preferred).
- Expert Knowledge: strong working knowledge of shipping regulations, Incoterms, and ISO requirements.
- bilingual Proficiency: Fully bilingual (verbal and written) in English and Spanish is a must.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Core Competencies: Highly detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills, strong problem-solving skills, and superior communication abilities.
- Bonus Points (Preferred): Knowledge of Hazmat regulations.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate Shipments: Organize and manage all aspects of domestic incoming and export shipments, ensuring safe and timely pick-up and delivery.
- Documentation Mastery: Prepare comprehensive internal and external documentation for export, including:
- Instructions for warehouse packing and marking.
- Labels, invoices, packing lists, and letters to customers.
- Certificates of Origin, Analysis (CoA), Technical Data Sheets, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Operational Oversight: Process Warehouse Receipts, monitor shipments, track costs and timelines, and proactively address and resolve any shipment issues.
- Customer Communication: Notify customers via email with detailed shipment information and follow up on shipments from departure to arrival.
- Support & Query Resolution: Serve as a key point of contact, efficiently answering all customer queries related to logistics.
Skills Coordinate Shipments Working Independently Oral Communication Bilingual (Spanish) (3 years of experience is required) Microsoft Office (3 years of experience is required)
