  • Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Your Impact & Core Responsibilities

As our Logistics Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our shipping process, managing goods from the warehouse floor to final customer delivery.

1. Export & Domestic Shipment Management
  • End-to-End Coordination: Organize, schedule, and oversee all aspects of domestic incoming and complex international export shipments, guaranteeing timely and secure movement of goods.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor shipment progress, track costs and transit timelines diligently, and process all necessary Warehouse Receipts. Quickly identify and resolve any logistical hurdles or delivery issues.
2. Expert Documentation & Compliance Mastery
  • Regulatory Focus: Prepare and audit a full suite of commercial and regulatory export documents with absolute accuracy.
  • Key Documents Include: Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Technical Data Sheets, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
  • Commercial Papers: Generate precise invoices, packing lists, labels, and detailed instructions for warehouse packing and marking.
3. Customer Relations & Support
  • Proactive Communication: Serve as the central point of contact. Notify customers immediately via email with complete shipment details upon departure and provide consistent follow-up until successful arrival.
  • Query Resolution: Efficiently and professionally handle all customer inquiries related to tracking, documentation, and delivery schedules.
What You Bring
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or administrative support, with a focus on export/international freight.
  • Language: bilingual fluency in Spanish (3+ years professional experience is required).
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to Coordinate Shipments and Work Independently with minimal supervision. Oral Communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tracking, documentation, and communication.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Shipments: Organize and manage all aspects of domestic incoming and international export shipments, ensuring safe and timely pick-up and delivery. Process Warehouse Receipts and proactively resolve any shipment issues.
  • Documentation Mastery: Prepare comprehensive internal and external documentation for export, including instructions for packing/marking, commercial papers (invoices, packing lists), and critical regulatory documents such as Certificates of Origin, CoA, and SDS.
  • Customer Communication: Notify customers via email with detailed shipment information. Serve as the primary contact, efficiently resolving all customer queries related to logistics from departure to arrival.
