LTC/Assisted Living LPN - Seattle, WA

- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 5x8s Eves, Tues-Sat (1430-2300)
- Ratios: 1:15-25
- Years of Experience REQ: 1 year of prior experience working with seniors required
- First-Timers Accepted: No
- Weekend REQ: Every Saturday
- Certs REQ: CPR/FA
- Is On-Call REQ?: No
- Will this traveler need to float between like units?: No
- Open to accommodating block schedule?: No
- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
- Pending License Accepted: Yes (license required upon start)
- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)

Special Requirements
- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
- QuickMAR experience preferred but not required

Daily Responsibilities
- Responsible for medication administration of LN cart that consists of insulin/glucose monitoring. Works in connection with RN on staff 20 hours/wk and ElderPlace medical team.
- Must complete end-of-shift report and also fax/call resident concerns to Elderplace medical team daily as needed.
- Responsible for giving timely medications and accurate documentation in the MAR. Responsible for narcotic counts per shift.
