LVN / LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - LTC

Location:- Seattle, WA 98126

Duration:- 13 Weeks

Shift:- Night 5x8-Hour (22:00 - 06:30)

Pay rate:- $45 - $52/hr W2.

Responsibilities of LVN / LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - LTC
  • Provide direct patient care to residents in the LTC facility, following established protocols and care plans.
  • Assist with the assessment of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition, reporting any concerns to the supervising RN or physician.
  • Assist with daily activities of living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
Requirements for LVN / LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - LTC
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Must have experience in Long Term Care/Transitional Care.
  • BCLS required.
