Summary of Job:

The HVAC Installation Support Specialist will play a vital role in assisting our skilled HVAC Installation and Service Technicians. This position involves helping with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC systems, including supporting tasks such as ductwork installation, setting, and starting up split and package systems, along with gas piping, venting, and electrical work as required.

Education and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of field experience (preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • EPA certification to handle refrigerant (preferred)

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in brazing copper
  • Eager to learn ductwork connections to indoor units (S/R Plenums)
  • Basic computer skills
