About Oracle CAA: Oracle Clinical AI Assistant (CAA) empowers healthcare providers by integrating generative AI and advanced voice capabilities to minimize manual documentation and administrative tasks. Our multidisciplinary team is developing cutting-edge conversational interfaces, directly improving both provider workflows and patient care worldwide.
Role Overview: We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Principal AI Product Manager with deep experience in generative AI to drive our next generation of clinical products. The ideal candidate will lead the identification, design, and delivery of innovative AI-driven features that enhance healthcare provider productivity and reduce burnout. This position demands a blend of strategic vision, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, AI, and clinical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for AI-powered healthcare products by identifying high-impact automation opportunities within EHR workflows.

Customer Insights & Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive customer research and market evaluations to uncover pain points and validate new product ideas. Articulate product differentiation and business value based on strategic and economic analysis.

Product Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and communicate the product roadmap using insights from user research, usability testing, and industry trends.

Cross-functional Alignment & Communication: Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams. Foster alignment with AI and clinical teams through consistent documentation (PRDs) and stakeholder engagement.

Execution Management: Partner closely with engineering to manage the backlog, develop detailed feature stories, and drive agile sprint planning. Track development progress and iterate based on customer feedback and success metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience as a product manager building generative AI products as lead Product Manager.

8+ years of inbound product management experience, demonstrating success in bringing complex products to market.
Responsibilities
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
