When it comes to where you work, we know you've got choices...here's what we provide:
  • Pay Rate: Negotiable based on experience
  • Position Status: 20+ hours per week, Part-time
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30 am - 2:30 pm, (with ability to adjust work schedule to accommodate outreach events or complete other project requirements)

  • As a non-profit employer, UCP participates with the Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Program - full-time employees may be eligible for the remaining balance on their Direct Loans to be forgiven
Responsibilities

Here's what to expect on the job:
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate events and outreach initiatives for the AgrAbility Project.
  • Build and maintain strong community and agency partnerships to expand program reach.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing and social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee website design, updates, and digital content to drive engagement and referrals.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional materials, analyzing data to measure success.
  • Track and report outreach outcomes while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all records.
Qualifications

Minimum requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License and 6 months previous driving experience
  • Associate's Degree or technical certification within a related area is expected
  • Bachelor's degree within a related field is preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of previous job-related experience
Preferred, but not required:
  • Knowledge of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism
  • Understanding of Assistive Technology
