NCL is looking to hire 2 Delivery Coaches in the next month. They need someone sharp with software development experience and experience managing multiple teams.
Notes:
- Looking for coach/ scrum master
- Wants more hands on (does not want the traditional managerial type)
- lot of software delivery experience
- Should be very close to software development, maybe did dev work in the past
- Can be former dev, or QA anything in the SDLC space vs just PM background
- Should CI/CD concepts
- Understands APIs and integration of systems (should have a technical background)
- They will be leading team through thought exercises to help create and find solutions
- These ppl can facilitate workflow
- Looking for someone to help layout a path for delivery of software
- Hey, don't have time to train or coach they should come in ready to go.
- 3-4 years' experience in a scrum focused role
- Mostly working in scrum or Kanban
- They need to communicate with development or product teams
- If not a developer or QA background, then maybe data analytics or data science will work.
- They will also look at App dev heavy PM/release manager background
