Delivery Coach - Agile Scrum Master

Location: Doral, FL - hybrid (onsite to start and ramp up but then mostly remote)

Length: 6 months (should extend)

Interview Process: Multiple - phone / zoom screen & zoom interview(s)

NCL is looking to hire 2 Delivery Coaches in the next month. They need someone sharp with software development experience and experience managing multiple teams.

Notes
  • Looking for coach / scrum master
  • Wants more hands on (does not want the traditional managerial type)
  • lot of software delivery experience
  • Should be very close to software development, maybe did dev work in the past
  • Can be former dev, or QA anything in the SDLC space vs just PM background
  • Should CI / CD concepts
  • Understands APIs and integration of systems (should have a technical background)
  • They will be leading team through thought exercises to help create and find solutions
  • These ppl can facilitate workflow
  • Looking for someone to help layout a path for delivery of software
  • Hey, don't have time to train or coach they should come in ready to go.
  • 3-4 years' experience in a scrum focused role
  • Mostly working in scrum or Kanban
  • They need to communicate with development or product teams
  • If not a developer or QA background, then maybe data analytics or data science will work.
  • They will also look at App dev heavy PM / release manager background
