Job Title:Junior Electrical Engineer - Electrical (Infrastructure Upgrade Project)

Location:Pensacola, FL (Onsite Only)

Employment Type:Contract with possibility for extension or conversion

Pay: up to $37/hr

Project Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedJunior Project Engineerwith a degree inElectrical Engineeringto support a high-impact infrastructure upgrade project at a critical industrial facility nearPensacola, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working alongside experienced engineers and project managers on therelocation and redesign of motor control centers (MCCs)that are vital to plant operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in thedesign, layout, and relocationof motor control centers (MCCs) and associated electrical systems.
• Support thecoordination of field activities, including site surveys, equipment assessments, and installation planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, civil, and controls engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Review and interpretelectrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Participate inproject planning, scheduling, and documentationefforts.
• Ensure compliance withsafety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Providetechnical support during construction and commissioningphases.
• Assist introubleshooting and resolving field issuesas they arise.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering(required).
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in electrical design, construction, or industrial project support.
• Familiarity withmotor control centers (MCCs), power distribution, and industrial electrical systems is a strong plus.
• Proficiency inAutoCAD, Revit, or similar design toolsis preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability towork onsitedaily and adapt to ahands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Must belocal to the Pensacola, FL areaor willing to relocate at own expense.
